PROFILE
Evangelia Nezeriti is Assistant Professor of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She holds an LL.M., a PhD and a Post-Doctoral Degree from the Faculty of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She teaches a) Property Law, Succession Law, Contract and Tort Law in the undergraduate program; b) Consumer Protection Law and Methodology of Private Law in the postgraduate program. Her research interests include obligation law, tort law, property law, succession law, consumer protection law, tourist law and methodology of private law.
She is fluent in English and has a good command of German and French. She is a legal editor at “P.N. Sakkoulas Publications”, where her primary task is supervising and editing the legal review “Chronicles of Private Law”. She has participated in various legal conferences.
She is married to Thomas Samios, Lecturer of Penal Law at Democritus University of Thrace.
