Matthias Ruffert is Professor of Public Law at the Law Faculty of the Humboldt University Berlin; Spokesperson of the Research Training Group "Dynamic Integration (DynamInt) at Humboldt University Berlin. He was a Visiting Professor at the Université de Paris XI, Sceaux, the Université Toulouse 1 Capitole and the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
