Sabrina Robert-Cuendet is Professor of International Law at Le Mans University. She is member of the research centre Themis-Um of Le Mans University and associated member of the Institute of Research in International and European Law of the Sorbonne Law School. She is a member of the French Branch of the International Law Association and a member of the ILA Committee on Sustainable Development and the Green Economy in International Economic Law. She is specialized in international economic law. She has published and lectured extensively in the areas of international investment law and international trade law. In recent years, she has worked extensively on investment screening mechanisms (particularly within the EU) and on the evolution of national security protection of States against FDI. Sabrina completed her PhD at the Sorbonne Law School in 2008 and a Postgraduate Diploma (Master) in International Law and International Organizations in 2002 at Paris. She has gained practical experience in international investment arbitration, assisting ICSID arbitrator during many years.
